My PURCHASE

for TODAY is....the 7 Gypsies ATC card HOLDER everything at the Fine Arts Scrapbooking  store was 40% off and 50% off of paper for this weekend ONLY cuz of the CHA show coming up.
So I said what the heck. :)
I saw a page on FEB issue of  Scrapbook Etc. on how they used the holder as a  BIRTHDAY reminder...so you make a card for friends & family with B-day info and you put their card on the month of their birthday... I thought it was a cute little idea. I think I might just do that. *good conversation piece* {winks} heehee.
Also during the HOLIDAYS I was super inspired by Ali's  sample already...I mean how cute is this.
So I gotta make one. ..{one of these days..SOON}

Class went good today everyone just JUMPED right in. I had a 9 year old little girl come to class with her mom today and I was worried she wouldn't be able to keep up BUT she had an idea in her head and ran with it. Her page turned out really CUTE.

I got home a little bit ago from watching 27 DRESSES  I LOVE Katherine Heigl  a little more than I already do from watching that movie :) heehee and I saw the trailer for Sex & the City movie I cant wait...May 2008?! thats too long from now! *sigh*

Im off to teach at the Highland Park Paper Source today my Savvy Scrapbooking class.

Also a friend emailed me this week about this PLACE they are having a sale this weekend so im planning to stop by and visit. I didnt even know this place was near PS. :)

...and Whenever I go to Highland Park I always have to visit the ANTHROPOLOGIE store! its "my place" {heehee}

the HP store is humongous! :)

Cupcakes

ARE my new FAVORITES. I saw this cupcake photo holder at TARGET and I had to have it!

(BTW they had a TON of cute V-day stuff this year)

I was also INSPIRED to make a CUPCAKE card with the new HERO ARTS Stamp set...

Didn't it turn out so cute? I just wanna eat it. LOL

I think I caught a BUG some time between Friday and Saturday because I have a cough & a cold and I'm NOT feelin' so HOT :(

New LIGHT

I was browsing on Joann.com and I found the PINK OTT light for only 39.99 with FREE shipping! (I know what a deal right?) I have such horrible lighting in my scraproom so Im in desperate need of a new light and I've heard tons of good things about the OTT lights. :) I cant wait to get it!

Another good deal I got was from CROPPER HOPPER they sent me an email for a HOLIDAY sale and I thought it was such a good bargain for ALL that stuff you get! :) I suggest you guys check it out :)

and also this week Monday morning I came to work with a nice little package on my desk from Scarlet Lime I LOVE Christy! LOL I cant wait for the FEB KIT. The stamp looks so cute... you can view it HERE

Look what my MOMMY made me....are you ready for this? its the CUTEST thing...
I picked out all the FABRIC and drew it out for her and voila...The CUTEST lil apron!!! {shes so AWESOME}
I'm in LOVE with it. don't look at my hair though I just got  home from work. Heehee.

Sorry it took me a while to POST, Its start week at school and its been SOOOOOO BUSY.
I have a student this quarter whose parents went to orientation so they can meet me and they brought me a GIFT...Its an IADT Chocolate!!! Isnt that so sweet? I told them I was going to save the "I" forever :)

 

 

I Took a pic of my KITTIES on New Year...they are so BIG now I cant believe it...Earl {Grey} & Molly {Black}.

Its my moms birthday tomorrow & I still have to make her a card. So GTG :)

Resolutions

I know It's the NEW Year and everyone talks about their RESOLUTIONS...
SOOOOO I'm going to tell you some of mine.
One of my resolutions was to exercise more and instead of waiting till the new year to came... I got a membership back in November. {this way I had NO excuses heehee}
So OK Ive been doing that....
BUT another New years RESOLUTION that was important to me was to be MORE organized and to SCRAP more than I did in '07. {Which should be easy cuz that means all I'll have to do is make like 20 pages and I've accomplished that cuz thats about how many pages I must of scrapped in '07 LOL}
and the other is: TO BE A BETTER ME...
and I was inspired by Maria Grace  and her LO tells it all....I CAN totally be Lazy with myself at times and that leads back to my other resolutions, If only i DONT get lazy then it would be easier to go to the GYM or ORGANIZE/CLEAN or do something productive with myself...LIKE SCRAP. :)
So Thank YOU Maria Grace for such an awesome 2008 RESOLUTION Inspiration.

I also wanted to tell YOU guys how HAPPY I am with one of my Christmas Presents this year... I got the EPSON DASH  so awesome. and I LOVE it. *sigh* Ive used it several times already! {winks} so If you are in search for a PICTURE printer this is a really good one to go for. It retails for about 100.00 {DEAL!} and I love the 4  picture print option NOW I dont have to go to TARGET just to get  my picz printed like that.
