Halloween Birthday

So The 22nd was my dads and my good friend Frans BIRTHDAYS

I decorated Frans cube

My mom helped me make these

 

 We got this cake for my dad

we LOVE cold STONE :)

 

So now I have some Halloween birthday pics to share

The first Party was at Frans house

we had a costume party :)

sara was dressed up as "Dogs wife"

and Jonnie was little red riding hood

I was a French maid :)

The students did my hair at school (thanks Chelsea)

The next Party took place on Sunday at the Chicagoween on Daley Plaza

Busy Friday

I got a DAY OFF Friday!
WELL kinda...
I finished my LAST DAY at IADT Thursday
Im starting a new JOB on MONDAY
so today I ran a BUNCH or errands
FIRST I had a dentist appointment at 8:00am
I got some cleaning done
they reminded me AGAIN that I need to get all 4 of my wisdoms out :(
Then they gave me this goodie bag :)



Next I went cast my VOTE in early
I'll be in Pennsylvania NOV 2-NOV 7 to visit corporate for my new job
I was the first one in line waiting at Stratford



Then I had another appointment for LASIK I went to Lasik Plus for consultation



Im kinda nervous I made an appointment to get it done
NOV 22
I guess well see :)
I had to wear THESE {awesome} Glasses cuz they dilated my eyeballs :)



After that I went to RED ROBIN for lunch
I love this DRINK :)
Bottomless Freckled Lemonade
and Bottomless Garlic Parmesan Fries YUM!



Then I stopped by the Arboretum Mall in South Barrington
Its new my coworker said I just to see SWOOZIES



and across the way at Francesca's I found these cute pillows :)
aren't they adorable?



and I went t o see this last night :)

I got these stamps in today from PURPLE ONION
Michelle teamed up with Stephanie from LIVING ROOM FLOOR
I absolutely LOVE it
i found out about living room floor when i got it as a part of my scarlet lime kit

I cant believe it
OCTOBER is HERE!
Times flying by sooooo fast :)
October is my FAVORITE month
{its my B-Day month & I LOVE Halloween & for me OCT is the beginning of FALL}

Speaking of Halloween a friend & I are throwing a BIRTHDAY together
I found the CUTEST Halloween invites on Martha Stewart Crafts


I started working on them today
I also made a little envelope because I have more information to add
and the invite kit only included a small note card
I also changed the ribbon to a polka dot one :)


Anyway my day started off roughly I lost my keyless entry to my new car
and a few other things that made me crabby!
I was complaining to a friend
and later that day my receptionist calls me down to the front desk to let me know I got FLOWERS!
how SWEET is that?
and SERIOUSLY I cant tell you how true it is that FLOWERS brighten your day :)
 Cuz it surely brightened mine.

Getting these flowers prompted me to making a floral card :)
I used these Berry Sweet Floral Die Cuts & Mat Pad



(I purchased that PINK bin from Dollar Tree)



This card is a regular A2 I Just adhered the bottom & side with thin (3mm) adhesive
I cut 1 1/2 x 1 1/2 squares from the Mat stack and used the
Purple Circle marvy punch to make the cut out
This is a really good way to use your scraps for a card too :)

The chipboard label is by Colorbok Sweet Life line
I was looking for a link to sweet life and I came across THIS sheesh what a deal!
