Phew! Scrappy B-day Party is over
I can go back to sleeping at a decent hour again :)
Totally the same reason why I haven't been able to post
I've been busy prepping
BUT I do have lots of pics to share :)
First up is the Candy Bar :)
I made some Cake pops
turned out super cute!
Success came only after first trial with Red velvet cake....
which wasn't as successful for MANY reasons...1. It was kinda dry
2. I forgot a couple steps and 3. I attempted to make Hello Kitty...
when I made these double chocolate ones the 2nd time around I thought it was too soft
but I popped them in the fridge for a little bit and when they came out it was a lot easier to mold them :)
Ta-DA! "Le Cuppy Cake Cake pop"
LOL
I wrapped some Labels on the other candies that I couldn't find in PINK & to personalize it a little bit
I also made Labels for the cups
I used a chalkboard Vinyl so people can write their names on the cups
Of course its not complete without the yearly limited edition water bottles LOL
Abbey was my inspiration <3
I LOVE that quickutz hedgie die!
and I used the top of the mini ice cream cone for the cupcake
and the bottom of the mini folk house die :)
{had to get creative to make a tinkey winkey cuppie cake for abbey lol}
I really put my cricut to use making all sorts of projects
such as this B-day Banner
I also attempted to make my own cupcakes this year
I got the recipe from Martha
Its the Sprinkles Strawberry Cupcakes recipe
My cupcake definitely does not look like the pic on the MS website :(
BUT I have to say that it was still SUPER yummy!
I used organic strawberries
for the batter & the frosting.
Here's a pic of the Snackie treats bar
Organic Vanilla Marshmallows, choc dipped meringues
strawberry pirouettes, strawberry wafers and home made rice crispy treats
The ladies being productive
So FUN to hang out with the ladies for 12 hours!
Thanks to everyone who came!!!!
There's more pictures HERE
Tootles!
I've been sick the past couple days
sorry it took a while to post the pics :(
